Terms, Shipping & Return Policy

Terms of Sale:
We accept VISA, Discover Network, MasterCard, American Express and PayPal and do not accept business or personal checks or money orders. 

Our order minimum is one yard of fabric or trim. 
 

Fabric Content

In some cases we do not know the fabric content and therefore categorize fabric content based upon how the fabric looks and feels and through knowledge of the vendor's normal fabric content.  We cannot guarantee fabric content unless it is specifically listed in the pattern description.

Shipping Policy
Our fabric is sold by the yard and will likely be shipped rolled on a tube.  Orders of three yards or less may be flat folded and shipped in a shipping envelope or box.  We have a  $4.95 total shipping fee for orders when the fabric and trim are purchased simultaneously and delivered to the same address within the continental U.S. 

For International Shipments and Shipments to Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Alaska, shipping charges are based on the dimensions and weight of the package.  We use the least expensive shipping method in order to save you money and we do not charge a handling fee.  Customs Fees are the responsibility of the Customer.  We try to ship orders within three business days of receipt of payment.   We are sorry but UPS and USPS will not allow us to ship to PO and APO addresses.  Please use only street addresses when entering your delivery information.

Return Policy 
Fabric and Trim on the Net (www.fabriconthenet.net)  sells only first quality goods that are priced well below most retail prices.  We do not purchase seconds, therefore our fabric and trims are guaranteed to be first quality.  If you should find a flaw, please return the fabric/trim to us within 14 days of your receipt of fabric.  Your order must be returned in its original condition.  We will first attempt to replace the fabric/trim.  If no replacement is available, we will refund the amount of your purchase within 14 days of receiving and inspecting the flawed fabric/trim.  Because we are cutting yardage off of rolls, we do not accept returns for any reason other than that stated above.  If you have any questions about the color or texture of a fabric/trim that you are ordering, please order a swatch before placing your order.
